You know emotions store in the body. This process will allow you to walk through the "roots" with your clients during or separate from the foot zone.
Crystal Healing
As a Crystal Healing Practitioner you are equipped to perform crystal sessions in person or distance and teach clients how to use crystals for healing.
Crystals are a beautiful way to amplify intention. They have specific frequencies and uses that can supercharge the healing you are already doing.
In this certification you will learn more about manifesting abundance, healthy relationships, physical health, and frequencies.
Meditation Instructor
You can learn to guide clients through Healing meditation with EFT, visualizations, somatic movement, breath-work and MORE!!
As a Meditation Instructor you will learn several meditation techniques as well as experiential meditations to help your clients live out SELF healing. These are sessions you can guide them through virtually or in-person. They can be added to your Foot Zone or done separately.
The mind- body connection is powerful and you get to be part of restoring that relationship for optimal healing.
Holistic Life Coach
What makes a Holistic Life Coach different??
A WHOLE body approach. We do this in the foot zone and now you can do it in a coaching/ mentoring method.
These principles, practices, and steps you will learn can be applied to your foot zone sessions or stand alone.
Holistic Life Coaching is an opportunity to guide others to embrace healing as a lifestyle. The focus on coaching is to guide others to results. You are making clear expectations of point A and point B, and then coaching them through that journey.
Trauma- Informed Care
Become Certified as a Trauma-Informed Care Practitioner. You are not just becoming trauma-informed, but learning how to facilitate healing care to your clients through this training. You will learn about trauma, the brain, PTSD, mental triggers, and how to hold a safe space for the people you are helping. Ethics is a HUGE part of this certification. You will know what to do if someone is triggered, how to help, and how to confidently refer them to a mental health professional.
